My stay at Salalah Garden Hotel was fantastic! The rooms were excellent, the food at Yamal Seafood Restaurant was amazing, and the service provided by Mr Riyaz and Vipin was top-notch. The hotel's location is perfect, just a 5-minute drive from the airport and right next to a mall with everything you need. The only downside was that the building seemed a bit old and not well maintained, but overall, I had a great experience and will definitely come back.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were well-appointed with a great choice of breakfast items and reliable WIFI, but they are in need of refurbishments. The central AC was a plus, but having to share the bathroom with another room was a downside.

The service was a hit or miss. While some staff paid good attention and were proactive, others were not competent and lacked professionalism, especially in touristic guidance. The cleanliness of the room and the deposit request for car parking pass were disappointments.

It was great for short-term guests but might be challenging for long-stayers without a car. There was a nice buzz in the evening, but security and distance to the room were concerns.

The hotel had very humid rooms but provided enough beds for my family of four. The location was superb, with everything needed for shopping and dining just downstairs. It was a hotspot in Salalah, making it a favorite spot in the city. However, the service felt relaxed and not up to a 4-star standard.
